Our Products

Gantry system

We offer linear axes for 3D printers, CNC machines or any kind of machine which requires precise and fast linear positioning.

 

Linear axes have a built-in electromagnetic servomotor and could carry up to 3820N load with accuracy 0.1mm/m and repeatability 10μm . Axes could be up to 6000mm travel and achieve 7.2 m/s velocity.

Strato3D offers extra large-scale 3D printing services for prototypes or actual products.

 

Available printing volume is 6.0x5.0x3.0 meters. 

Lattice 3D printing

Strato3D unique technology allows non-planar printing to manufacture lattice using additive manufacturing process.

 

By moving all 3 axes at the time 3Dprinter it can build Lattice design structures consisting of a three-dimensional network of nodes. Using this technique dramatically reduces weight and retains structural integrity.

Bio-plastic, bio-composite and plastic materials (up to 4000 degree Celsius), two component bio-polyurethane (up to 3000 viscosity). Biomass, geopolymer or concrete.
